About Align Pilates Indy

We’re a family-owned boutique reformer Pilates studio at 470 Lafayette Road in Noblesville, Indiana. Since opening in May 2025, we’ve been on a mission to create a warm, personalized Pilates experience that feels nothing like a corporate chain. Our intimate studio has 9 reformers and a tight-knit community of clients who genuinely love being here. We know our clients by name — and we think that matters a lot.

About the Role

The Front Desk Associate is the face of Align Pilates Indy. You’re the first person clients see when they walk in, the voice they hear when they call, and a big part of what makes our studio feel like home. This role blends genuine hospitality, light sales, community building, and day-to-day operations — all with a warm, authentic touch.

You’ll report directly to our Business Manager and studio owners, and you’ll be empowered to make decisions that put the client experience first.

What You’ll Do Create a Welcoming Client Experience

• Greet every client warmly by name and make them feel at home
• Check clients in for classes and identify new faces
• Answer calls, emails, and texts promptly and professionally
• Handle questions, concerns, and complaints with empathy
• Give studio tours to prospective clients
• Process retail sales (grippy socks, water bottles, studio gear)

Lead Outreach & Membership Conversion

This is a big one. We want every person who expresses interest in the studio to feel genuinely followed up with — not like they’re being sold to, but like someone actually cares.

• Reach out to all new leads within 24 hours
• Connect with first-time class attendees before and after their visit
• Explain intro offers, memberships, and class packages clearly and conversationally
• Encourage trial clients to return — that third class is where the magic happens
• Track all outreach and conversations in our studio management software

Studio Operations & Scheduling

• Manage class bookings, waitlists, cancellations, and package purchases
• Complete opening and closing procedures each shift
• Keep the studio clean, tidy, and welcoming throughout the day
• Monitor and report any equipment or maintenance concerns

Social Media & Online Presence

• Create and schedule Instagram and Facebook posts 3–5 times per week
• Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos of studio life
• Respond to comments, DMs, and online reviews in a timely way
• Keep our Google My Business listing up to date
• Maintain our authentic, conversational brand voice — no corporate fluff

Community Outreach

• Build relationships with local businesses and wellness providers
• Represent the studio at community events or networking meetings
• Coordinate referral partnerships with nearby chiropractors, PTs, and other wellness pros

What We’re Looking For Required

• Genuine warmth with people — you actually enjoy making someone’s day
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable picking up new technology and software
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Professional but never stuffy — you can hold a real conversation

Bonus Points If You Have…

• Experience in fitness, wellness, or a boutique studio setting
• A personal interest in Pilates or health and wellness
• Sales or consultative customer service experience
• Social media management skills (Instagram, Facebook)
• Photography, Canva, or content creation experience
• Community involvement or local networking experience

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm
• $15 Starting Hourly Rate
• Complimentary Pilates classes as part of employment
