The Director of Operations leads all operational, financial, and strategic activities for an aerospace business unit, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable performance. This role oversees manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, program management, and customer delivery while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. The Director of Operations serves as the senior site leader, shaping long term strategy, developing high performing teams, and ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Must haves

- 15 years of experience in Operations Management

- 10 years of experience in a Leadership position w/ full site oversight

- 5 years of experience with manufacturing metal parts or machine shop

- 5+ years of experience in aerospace/defense

- Some P&L Experience
