We're hiring an experienced Inside Sales Executive to come in, plug into our tech and back office, and help us build the inside sales foundation from the ground up. This is not an entry-level seat. We're looking for someone who already knows how to prospect, qualify, price, and close — and who has relationships they can bring with them on day one.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of brokerage sales experience (agent or broker side both count)
  • An existing book of business or active pipeline you can bring
  • Hunter mentality — you'd rather pick up the phone than wait for a marketing lead
  • Comfortable owning the full customer relationship from quote to invoice
  • Located in Peoria, AZ or the surrounding area — this is a hybrid role, not fully remote
