Senior Account Executive - M+E, Cloud Storage, AI Search

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Executive to lead business development and drive revenue growth within the media, entertainment, and technology sectors. This role focuses on developing and closing strategic sales opportunities, managing key client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored technology and services solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen with an understanding of media workflows and emerging technology trends to expand market share and deliver exceptional customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across media, entertainment, and technology clients to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic accounts; conduct outreach, discovery, and solution selling to senior decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including producers, post-production supervisors, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Create compelling proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations that articulate the value of our technology and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and delivery teams to design customized solutions and ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in business development and closing complex deals.
  • Demonstrated experience selling into media and entertainment companies or to technology buyers within that industry.
  • Strong background in technology sales with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience managing senior-level relationships.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience or familiarity with post-production workflows, private cloud services, and equipment rental business models.
