Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Clearwater, FL

Salary Rate: $110,000 - $140,000

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC and mechanical projects from planning through completion. As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage multiple mechanical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You'll collaborate closely with technicians, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth operations and uphold high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage HVAC and mechanical projects from initiation to closeout
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and maintain strong relationships
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and change orders
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing HVAC or mechanical projects
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and service operations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
