Strategic Growth Partner

Baton Rouge Periodontics & Implants, located in Baton Rouge, LA, is searching for a Strategic Growth Partner to manage all marketing functions. This role primarily focuses on developing and implementing strategies to create, grow and strengthen relationships with referring dental offices. The Strategic Growth Partner will lead initiatives to expand our referral community, plan and execute events and collaborate with our internal team and referrals to enhance trust, build long-term partnerships and solidify our practice’s reputation in the community.

Core Responsibilities

Expand our number of referring partners and deepen relationships with existing referring partners

Facilitate CE meetings, study clubs, lunch and learns and other events to strengthen relationships, add value and build trust among our referring partners

Provide guidance, education and support to referring practices

Identify collaboration opportunities between our practice and referring practices

Track and report growth of referral-based activities and outreach

Maintain up-to-date contact and follow-up lists for our doctors

Manage all branding efforts including print collateral and referral kits

Manage the practice’s website, social media, review sites and all other digital platforms

Baton Rouge Periodontics & Implants is a well-established practice that provides a supportive team environment and opportunities for long-term growth within the organization. The Strategic Growth Partner will receive a competitive base salary, mileage reimbursement for approved work-related travel and additional compensation tied to quarterly performance goals.
