Leapros has partnered with a rapidly growing food manufacturing company to identify a strategic and operationally driven S enior Director of Finance Operation s. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a finance executive who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments and wants a true seat at the table alongside executive leadership.

Ontario, California | 10% Travel to Lubbock, TX

Hybrid (2 Days In-Office & 3 Days Remote)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in: Accounting, Finance or Business.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior-level manufacturing finance leadership role.
• Strong experience within manufacturing operations environments.
• Food & Beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or CPA
• Food and/or Beverage Manufacturing
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
• High-volume production environments
• Complex supply chain and distribution operations
