Requirements

  • Lead and manage a joint commission approved long-term care and short-term rehabilitation / sub-acute care nursing center.
  • Develop, direct, monitor, and support all staff and functional areas (operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, and customer service) and will manage all fiscal activities and reports.
  • Grow the centers' presence and facilitate positive change!

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Health Services or related field required, or meets minimum credit hours required by the state to become licensed by the state board.
  • Active, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator's licensure (LNHA) in the state of practice required.
  • One (1+) years healthcare facility administrator or AIT experience required.
  • Must be proficient in the use of a Personal Computer. Must be able to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software
