Position: Test Engineer

Duration:18+ Months Contract

Location: Kalamazoo MI 49001

Pay Rate: $45.00-$50.00/ Hr on W2

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering work in operations, production, construction, or maintenance environments
• Design and scale manufacturing processes, instruments, and equipment
• Test manufactured products to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Plan, design, and estimate time and cost for engineering projects
• Oversee construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, systems, and components
• Analyze engineering problems related to manufacturing equipment, systems, or component failures
• Develop and implement solutions to engineering-related issues
• Apply engineering standards and procedures across projects and operations
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations on engineering matters

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong judgment and application of professional engineering expertise
• Understanding of procedures and concepts within the engineering discipline
• Ability to make decisions based on established practices and prior knowledge
