Pro Lash is a beauty brand built around lashes that make people feel confident every day. We create products our customers love and a community they want to be part of. As we grow, we’re looking for a creative, data-aware Social Media Manager to own our voice across every platform and turn followers into a loyal, engaged community.
The Role
As Social Media Manager, you’ll be the day-to-day driver of Pro Lash’s social presence. You’ll plan and publish content, grow our audience, manage our community, and partner with creators—all while keeping a close eye on what’s actually working. This is a hands-on role for someone who can both think strategically and produce scroll-stopping content.
What You’ll Do
• Own the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts, planning posts that align with launches, promotions, and brand moments.
• Create and edit short-form video, photos, and graphics—often shooting and editing yourself, especially for TikTok and Reels.
• Write captions and copy that sound like Pro Lash: warm, confident, and on-brand.
• Manage daily community engagement—comments, DMs, mentions, and reviews—responding quickly and in our voice.
• Identify, recruit, and coordinate with influencers, UGC creators, and brand ambassadors, and help manage seeding and collaborations.
• Track performance against goals (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and report on results with clear takeaways and next steps.
• Stay on top of trends, sounds, formats, and platform changes, and move fast to act on them.
• Partner with the marketing, e-commerce, and customer service teams to keep messaging consistent and support sales goals.
• Help plan and run paid social campaigns, or coordinate with the team/agency that does.
What You Bring
• 2–4 years managing social media for a brand, ideally in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or e-commerce.
• A strong portfolio of content you’ve created and accounts you’ve grown.
• Hands-on skills with short-form video and editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) and design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
• Comfort with scheduling and analytics platforms (Later, Sprout, Hootsuite, native insights).
• A sharp sense for trends and a genuine love of the beauty/lash space.
• Excellent writing, organization, and time-management skills.
• A self-starter who can juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Nice to Have
• Experience with influencer and UGC platforms.
• Familiarity with paid social (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
• On-camera presence or willingness to be in content.
• Basic experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and email marketing.
