Application Engineer

American Bright LED is hiring a full-time Applications Engineer to join our North American team in Chino. For over 30 years, we have been a global supplier of LED components, display modules, drivers, and custom lighting solutions, with products serving aerospace, EV charging, medical, horticulture, industrial automation, and consumer electronics.

This is a hybrid technical and customer-facing role. The Applications Engineer provides engineering support for our electronic components, serves as the technical liaison between U.S. customers and our overseas factory engineers, and engages directly with customers through on-site visits, virtual meetings, and trade shows.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or Chemistry
• Familiarity with LED, LCD, power supplies, and board-level assembly preferred
• Bilingual English and Mandarin (spoken and written) preferred
• Comfortable with customer-facing communication and domestic travel a few times per year (occasionally Canada); all business travel fully covered, including mileage and gas reimbursement
• 2+ years of related experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
