Project Coordinator

Hiring: Project Coordinator | Schenectady, NY | $45–50/hr

LanceSoft, Inc. is actively looking for a Project Coordinator to join a leading project team in Schenectady, New York!

Location: Schenectady, NY 12345

Work Model: 100% On-site

Pay Rate: $45–50/hr

Contract Duration: Jun 2026 – Jun 2027

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily project updates with field leadership

Maintain project dashboards, trackers & reports

Support budgeting, cost tracking & forecasting

Assist with invoicing and schedule execution

Collaborate with engineering, logistics & subcontractors

Support kickoff meetings and project closeout activities

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance OR equivalent field experience

0–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, or field operations

Strong Excel, reporting & analytical skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Preferred:

• Wind industry experience

• Smartsheet experience
