As we continue to grow and expand our product portfolio, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our retail customers, dealer network, and global distribution partners.

This position is ideal for an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. The right candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating positive customer experiences while serving as a key point of contact between our customers and internal teams.

You will work closely with our sales leadership, independent sales representatives, marketing team, warehouse staff, and operations personnel to ensure customers receive timely and accurate support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to retail consumer, dealer, and distributor inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Provide product information, technical assistance, pricing information, and order status updates
  • Process orders, returns, warranty claims, and customer service requests accurately and efficiently
  • Support dealers and distributors with product availability, inventory inquiries, and account-related questions
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve shipping, fulfillment, and inventory issues
  • Distribute product information, price lists, promotional materials, and company communications as needed
  • Escalate complex technical, warranty, or account issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Represent the company professionally and positively in all customer interactions
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support day-to-day company operations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the motorcycle, bicycle, powersports, or outdoor recreation industries is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus (though not required) as helmet service and rebuild assistance may be occasionally required.
