Locations: Millersville or Hanover, MD | Ashaway, RI | Herndon, VA | Palm Bay, FL

Compensation: $200K–$225K + Full Benefits

Schedule: 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off

Seeking an experienced Aerospace & Defense Program Management leader to drive program execution excellence across Acoustic Systems programs. This onsite role will lead program performance analysis, EVMS best practices, risk & opportunity management, PM training initiatives, tool implementation, and cross-functional program execution support.

• 10+ years of Program Management, Proposal Management, Program Planning, and EVMS experience

• Strong DoD/FAR/DFAR environment experience

• Expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM)

• Experience with proposal development and P&L management

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required)

• Prior leadership and cross-functional team experience preferred

• Ability to travel up to 25–50%
