A leading global law firm is seeking a 2nd–3rd year Associate to join its Litigation practice in Wilmington. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on sophisticated corporate litigation matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery and other Delaware courts, alongside one of the market’s premier litigation teams.

The role offers significant exposure to high-profile corporate disputes, substantial responsibility from an early stage and direct interaction with leading litigators and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex corporate and commercial litigation matters in Delaware courts
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other substantive court filings
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Support litigation strategy and case management throughout all stages of a dispute
• Work on matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery and other Delaware courts
• Assist with discovery, depositions and hearing preparation
• Collaborate with clients and litigation teams on sophisticated corporate disputes

Who You Are

• 2nd–3rd year associate
• Significant corporate litigation experience in the Delaware Court of Chancery
• General litigation experience in Delaware courts
• Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
• Strong organisational and communication abilities
• Judicial clerks are strongly encouraged to apply
• Member in good standing of the Delaware Bar

Compensation

Salary Range: $235,000 – $260,000 (DOE based on class year)
