About the Position
Under direction of the Superintendent/President plan, organize, coordinate, develop, direct, administer and evaluate instructional programs, services, resources, and activities for students; provide leadership and direction to academic and classified staff in areas of the curriculum, curricular activities, accreditation, enrollment management, learning resources and vocational education; train, supervise and evaluate the performance of administrative and support staff assigned to instruction.

ANTICIPATED EMPLOYMENT START DATE: November 2026 (negotiable)
Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- A Master's degree
and
- At least five years of increasingly responsible experience in managing instructional programs at an institution of higher education, including three years of instructional experience.
ONSITE WORK EXPECTATIONS: The position requires an onsite, in person presence. This is not a remote work opportunity.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$183,819 - $239,297 annually, placement based on qualifications and experience.
The district provides an excellent benefits package for full-time employees. The benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your eligible dependents and life insurance on your behalf in the amount of $50,000. The district also offers a Section 125 program that allows participation in pre-tax reimbursable medical and dependent care cost programs. Additionally, the district offers a 1% matching contribution to CalPERS 457 deferred compensation program to enhance your retirement options.
