Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Merchandise and Inventory Manager at Rancher Hat Bar in Scottsdale, AZ. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing inventory control, utilizing google sheets and other programs for inventory management, communication with team members, and helping manage the inventory of 16+ stores on a daily basis.

What You'll Do As an Inventory Manage r

• Assist with helping Store Managers order for all 16+ locations
• Complete Inventory checks for multiple locations, including virtual visual check ins
• Inventory control systems
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Work closely with store managers
• Dispersing product from warehouse to other locations
• Manage our online store and ship orders, including managing Shopify
• Placing orders for current and new stores
• Placing orders and managing offsite event inventory
• Ensuring packages arrive on time, constant knowledge of deliveries
• Work closely with warehouse manager and assist as needed
• Run errands and drop off packages, schedule package pick ups with curriers
• Creating and shipping out online hat orders
• Constant communication with district managers and higher ups
• Trend forecasting
• Sales analysis
• Inventory planning, predicting what will sell and the upcoming trends

Qualifications

• Inventory Management and Inventory Control skills
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and high demanding deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail
• Experience in retail or inventory management is a plus
• Ability to lift 20lbs+
