Payrate: $25.00/hour

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm-Onsite

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive temp-hire Executive Assistant to support the Assistant Director in a fast-paced non-profit organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for the Assistant Director
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, expense reports, and mileage reimbursements
  • Communicate with internal staff and partner organizations via email and phone
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, events, and ongoing projects
  • Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support including emails, calls, and task management

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience as an Executive or Admin Assistant
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Bilingual in any language a plus
