You’ll be the bridge between our agency and the community—helping families discover support, helping seniors remain independent, and helping healthcare partners trust us as a reliable resource..

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, social workers, elder law attorneys, and senior‑focused organizations
• Conduct engaging demonstrations and presentations for potential clients, clearly and confidently showcasing features and benefits.
• Represent our agency at community events, meetings, and outreach activities
• Educate the community on the value of non‑medical home care and aging in place.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships
• Identify growth opportunities and follow up on leads
• Collaborate with our care team to support new client onboarding

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experien ce in outreach, healthcare marketing, sales, or business development
• Knowledge of home care or senior services and the ability to establish lasting collaborations with our referral sources
• Familiarity with analysis tools for market research and sales data interpretation; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint, is preferred
• Familiarity with Brevard County’s healthcare community.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage confidently across various platforms.
• Reliable transportation and insurance are required.
