The Little Lighthouse Foundation (LLF) | Miami Beach, FL | Full-Time | $48,000–$58,000
Hybrid | ~3 days in office at The Moore, Miami Design District | ~2 days flexible
Reliable transportation required for programs and events across Miami-Dade
For 16 years, LLF has been one of South Florida's most respected nonprofits — supporting underserved children and families through 20+ proprietary programs, 70+ partner facilities, and a community of 2,000+ active volunteers. We're Miami-rooted, mission-driven, and genuinely passionate about what we do.
As we enter an exciting new chapter, we're looking for a creative, energetic, and community-connected Marketing & Events Manager to help us grow our impact and tell our story — someone who doesn't just want a job, but wants to build something meaningful.
What You'll Own
• Social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok — content creation, scheduling, and growth
• Sponsor and donor recognition across all digital platforms (this is a big one — our sponsors make our work possible)
• Event promotion and on-site execution for LLF signature events — with our Back to School Program on July 28th as your first major milestone — followed by our Children's Halloween Parade, Holiday Toy Distribution, and Birthday of Service
• Upcoming fundraisers and community-facing campaigns
• Email marketing and newsletters via Mailchimp
• Graphic design and short-form video content (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
• Support for recurring weekly programs at our partner facilities across Miami
• Media kits, partnership decks, and promotional materials
• Tracking and reporting on content performance and engagement
Who You Are
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media, events, or communications
• A hands-on content creator — you can shoot, edit, caption, and post
• Organized and able to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously
• Passionate about community, children, and making a real difference
• Miami-based and plugged into the city's culture, energy, and networks
• Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, wear-many-hats environment
• Nonprofit experience is a plus — but not required. Heart is required.
