Full Time Receptionist

Full Time (In Person) - Santa Barbara, CA – M-F 8:15am-5pm

We seek to hire an immediate full time Receptionist to join our team. This is an entry level position with opportunity for advancement. Experience working in a law firm or customer service setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate attorneys, assistants, or departments.
• Troubleshoot client inquiries with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
• Coordinate and manage conference rooms via Microsoft Outlook.
• Complete daily reception tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in client communications.
• Manage general office tasks and projects assigned by assistants or attorneys including scanning, file naming, and binder preparation.

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask and manage phone systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent client service skills.
