Foreign Sales Executive (Automobile Parts)

Shanghai, China (Jiading)Key Responsibilities
Develop new customers in Brazil, Turkey, Latin America via LinkedIn, industry exhibitions, B2B platforms and referrals.
Handle inquiries, make professional quotations, conduct business negotiations and close orders independently.
Follow up orders end-to-end: sample approval, production, QC, logistics, customs clearance and after-sales support.
Maintain good relationships with existing clients, increase repeat orders and explore new product opportunities.
Collect market information (competitors, pricing, regulations) and provide feedback to the team.
Cooperate with internal departments (R&D, production, QC, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business English, Marketing, Automotive Engineering or related fields.
Fluent English (C1 / CET-6 preferred) – able to communicate with foreign clients by email, phone and video call.
1–3 years of B2B foreign sales experience, preferably in automotive parts, auto electronics or mechanical components.
Familiar with international trade terms (FOB, CIF, L/C, T/T) and export procedures.
Proficient in LinkedIn, Google, WhatsApp, Skype for customer development.
Target-oriented, strong negotiation skills, able to work under pressure and cross-time-zone communication.
Bonus: Speak Portuguese / Spanish / Turkish; have existing customer resources in Brazil / Turkey / Latin America.
