A national healthcare association seeks an Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience. General administrative duties include answering phones, greeting clients, providing administrative support to staff, data entry, chairing multiple weekly work group calls, managing documents and filing, membership research, preparing correspondence, reports, and special projects as needed.

Attention to detail and communication skills are a must. Should be organized and have the ability to multitask, work with minimal/no supervision, proficient in Microsoft Office, database experience preferred.
