On the Go RV Pros is a fast-growing, family-owned mobile RV repair and inspection company serving South Florida. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as an RV Service Coordinator.

This position is ideal for someone who excels at organization, customer service, multi-tasking, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

  • Part-Time
  • 25-30 hours per week
  • Pay: Up to $25/hour based on experience
  • Primarily in-office position in Port St. Lucie, FL

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, texts, and client inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing technician workflows
  • Order, track, and organize RV parts and materials
  • Coordinate parts deliveries and vendor communication
  • Assist technicians with parts sourcing and inventory
  • Create estimates and invoices
  • Maintain organized customer and job records
  • Support day-to-day office and service operations

Requirements

  • Previous RV industry experience is preferred
  • Previous experience as a service coordinator required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience sourcing parts and communicating with vendors
  • Experience with Jobber or other CRM software
  • Must have favorable background check
