Field Operations Coordinator

Prestige Developers & Contractors is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Field Operations Coordinator to support the execution of residential remodeling, maintenance, renovation, and construction projects throughout South Florida.

This position serves as the company's primary field representative and operational link between project leadership and field activities. The successful candidate will coordinate subcontractors, monitor project execution, verify quality and safety compliance, document field conditions, support logistics, and provide accurate field intelligence that allows company leadership to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the GC to coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, site access, and project logistics.
• Assist the GC to verify that work is being performed according to scope, plans, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and identify issues before they become costly problems.
• Document field conditions through photos, videos, measurements, and written reports.
• Assist the GC to coordinate HOA, condominium, building management, elevator, and loading dock requirements when applicable.
• Verify material deliveries, quantities, and conditions.
• Enforce PPE requirements and support OSHA-compliant jobsite operations.
• Identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and quality deficiencies.
• Assist the GC to conduct site visits and maintain continuous awareness of project conditions.
• Serve as a professional field representative when interacting with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and property managers.
• Communicate project updates, concerns, risks, and field observations to project leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout South Florida.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong accountability and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Comfortable using smartphones, email, Excel, PDF software, Dropbox, Trello, and WhatsApp.
• Basic understanding of construction, building maintenance, and the use of basic hand and power tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential remodeling, construction, maintenance, or project coordination.
• Experience working with subcontractors and multiple simultaneous projects.
• Ability to read plans and drawings.
• Understanding of permitting, inspections, and construction processes.
• Experience with project documentation and quality control.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar productivity platforms.
