Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Calendar management for the TA team, including scheduling/re-scheduling TA, hiring manager, subject matter expert, panel, and client interviews. This involves working with executive assistants, team members, leadership, clients, and coordinating across multiple time zones. May coordinate travel where necessary.
- Create, modify, and maintain TA materials, including candidate submittal packages, resumes, job descriptions, checklists, presentations, and internal and external communications. Review materials for accuracy, completeness, consistency, formatting, and adherence to established standards.
- Enter and maintain documentation and data integrity in all recruiting tools and systems.
- Facilitate candidate outreach and TA marketing activities, including initial candidate contact, social media posts, recruiting branding activities, etc.
- Prepare summaries, reports, outlines, checklists, communications, and other support materials while ensuring appropriate reviews for accuracy, confidentiality, and approval.
