Kowboy Fence Company is a family-owned fencing contractor with offices across Tennessee, Alabama, and beyond. We've built our name on top-quality residential and commercial fencing and a crew that genuinely cares about doing the job right. We're expanding fast — and we want good people growing with us.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating daily job site operations and keeping crews on track

Scheduling subcontractors and vendors efficiently

Serving as the go-to contact for clients throughout each project

Tracking timelines, flagging issues early, and keeping documentation tight

Conducting site visits, walkthroughs, and quality inspections

Keeping permits, records, and project notes organized and up to date

What We're Looking For

Strong communicator and natural problem-solver

Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once

Construction, trades, or home improvement experience is a plus

High school diploma required; degree a bonus

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told
