The Lead Analyst, Commercial Operations supports the analytical needs of the organization, including but not limited to customer, brand & channel analytics, reward for performance analytics, field and national/strategic account dashboarding and reporting, product launch setup and ad hoc data analytics. A successful candidate will leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to maintain data integrity and quality. The primary responsibilities will be to ensure smooth data ingestion into production systems with minimal interruption. Additionally, they will be responsible for leading and implementing process improvements by partnering with global and IT partners to advance the organization’s analytics platforms.

Additionally, this position will focus on leading to deliver sustainable outcomes within the US in the following areas:
  • Utilize advanced analytics (Tableau / Automation, etc.) to manage day to day commercial operations data ingestion as well as system upkeep and protection
  • Lead and create quality control processes for the commercial organization including data validation, data testing, and quality control
  • Develop and support business process improvements by eliminating redundant steps and automating manual work. Create and maintain system safety-nets to protect data integrity and data flows
  • Lead the development and execution of new visualizations to elevate the overall commercial organization
  • Lead and coordinate detailed analytics while partnering with Marketing, IT, Customer Service, Account Managers, and Field Sales with a focus on process improvement
  • Partner with IT on system & process improvements that are required for the streamlining of commercial analytics
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a BA/BS is required
  • Technical expertise and previous hand-on experience with any of the following software tools: Data visualization tools (e.g,, Tableau, Power BI, etc.); Enterprise-wide information systems (e.g., SAP, Data Lakes, Salesforce, etc.); Data mining and predictive tools (e.g., Python, R, etc.)
  • Ability to problem-solve and effectively engage with partners to resolve issues related to data ingestion, continuous monitoring, data access and analysis, and reporting
  • Effective project management skills, including personal time management and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with a team to implement actions and deliver results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver formal presentations
  • Prior experience optimally leading others, including influencing, negotiating, and communicating with both internal and external customers
  • Experience in Sales & Marketing or Commercial Operations environment is preferred
  • This position is located in Jacksonville FL and may require up to 5% domestic travel
